Young Useful Idiots
Here's what the youth leadership of the Reform movement is saying:
"We applaud the Union for condemning Hezbollah's and Hamas' violent and terrifying rocket attacks on Israeli civilians, who have been put in grave danger by the ongoing conflict," said the letter delivered Tuesday to leaders of the Union for Reform Judaism. But it adds: "We urge the Union to likewise condemn the Israeli Defense Force's killing of unarmed Lebanese and Palestinian civilians, as well as its premeditated targeting of civilian infrastructure, which has put additional lives at risk and hampered relief efforts."
Oh, well, no one ever said college and high school students were smart.

What's wrong with these people. I considered myself Reform when I came to this country, but because of the overwhelmingly leftist views of people who share that identification with me, can no longer continue to do so. : (
Holy crap! Why won't these people put down the beer bongs long enough to realize that the partying doesn't get better under sharia law? That's what the IDF needs -- more criticism, because otherwise it's just a marauding civilian killing machine. I'd like directions to the signatory of that letter that is geographically closest to me so that I may kick him in the doodads.
LOL. Good thing I'm not a college student anymore! (Graduated in May, and thankfully, upgraded to law student...)
Hey ralphie we thought we were pretty smart in college.
This is scary. But I think the response from the other "student leaders" and Rabbi Yoffie was appropriate.

Hmmm... I think those responses were added to the story after I first posted. But there are indeed agreeable.
And I actually did realize what idiots we all were during college.
