According to what I heard yesterday, no one's "entitled" to campus housing - even if he's already paid for it! A student was forced to apologize, go to psychological counseling, and say that he's not entitled to being in the dorms after having paid for them. He was convicted of being rude to the receptionist.

That incident is being investigated right now, so as soon as I find out I'll let you know. I know it may be used in the upcoming full-feature "Brainwashing 101" (I'm writing more about it on my blog).
